Today is Independence Day in the Solomons. It was a "day off" from working the project & we had a small contingent in the official parade, not your regular street march, more like a military parade on the oval at the stadium. We were all very proud of our representatives, in particular Sally, who carried the flag. Please read the stories. I now have so many photos to process each day, weed out the best of them, prepare them for uploading & then prepare this page, that this will be the format from now on. So far I have well over a gigabyte of original photos. The personal stories & photos will become the important message medium for the team. And yes, the toilets are working with no leaks. This is a good thing after we flooded Cathy's office yesterday.
